I love to annoy the heck outta people in pvp, and i want to know which 1 will be best if i had a mesmer as a 2nd prof?

What do you mean by annoy? Like screw your own team or the other?
If I was to screw the other, I would pick ranger as primary profession. To interrupt them. Rangers have Distracting shot, Concussion shot... and with the mesmer skills, you can shut them down pretty good while regaining energy!
And protect yourself using blocks and evades and heal yourself with troll urgent!

in annoy i mean distracting opposition, and which 1 will last the longet in pvp and pve with mesmer as 2nd?

Besides hex breaker i don't think mesmer is a good choice for a secondary. If ur looking to interupt then both will work just as well however rangers are more fit to do it with things like BHA rangers and distracting shot and savage shot. Also things like magebane shot and others are very annoying.
For warrior you can turn on the flurry and use things like distacting blow, savage slash and skull crack to have almost constant interupts. Or go with ur strength and take headbutt + Plague touch and then interupt a lot + sun and moon strike for some pressure.

my friend used to run with apply poison and epidemic from the mesmer secondary. he liked spreading his poison all around. besides that, there is not a whole lot of synergy between ranger/mesmer (that's apparent to me, but what do i know)

Mesmer secondary offers nothing to physical characters anymore.
