if i must choose then ill choose for ranger, because you dont have alot of energy to do the most of the skills and a pet is fun :D.

mesmer rocks alot better than monk thts for sure, you can use elemental or physical resistance and be a very good tank

I started as a sec ranger, and the switched to monk. But after a while, thar eally became boring. So now, i would sugget ranger. You can really do some nice Pvp and training a pet indeed is fun.
I don't have much experience with sec mesmer, but i know there are some good pvp-builds for them.

it really doesnt matter whether you pick this or that as secondary profession... you can find various skill combinations in every 2ndary class which is very good... example:
w/mo - mending touch
w/r - antidote sig, pet (woot)
w/n - grenth's balance, virulence, plague touch
w/me - physical/elemental resistance, illusion of weakness
etc etc etc...

Secondarys doesnt mean alot anymore since they are so easy to change once u get to lvl 20, so all u have to do is basically get to lvl 20 and then start worrying about specific skills and builds..

No, when your lvl 20 you cant *just* change your secondary;

So as you might have read, you need to go to different places for your character to change it, not just become lvl 20 ^^

For you secondary proffesion as Warrior you should pick Monk. Wammos are very popular and loved everywhere! Especially in PvP. To be even cooler wammo make sure you name contains the words Hell, Destroyer, Owner, Killer or something in that way. Mending and orison are AWESOME skills, never play without them.
Guild tag copied from top guilds eg EvIL, WM, eE, etc. will make you even cooler, that's what you will want right? If this does not make you feel like a proper uber 1337 warrior already, have a cape with flames and skull, preferably in red and black. Then just don't forget to get your 60% Tyrian explorer title and droks armor dyed blue ;)
LOL just kidding. Be the total opposite of what I have said above =P
Best choice IMO would be Elementalist for shock, conjure, etc.

i always thought wammos were unwanted in pvp...o well
i like being w/e for a shock axe war, again thats IMO

Changing Your Secondary Easily:
Ascension/Prophecies: Beat all three desert missions (Elona Reach, Thirsty River, Dunes of Dispair) fight level 20 Doppleganger, beat under 50 seconds to get bonus.
Ascension/Factions: Beat the mission "Nahpui Quarter".
Ascension/Nightfall: Beat the quest "Hunted!"

Once you have finished one of the tasks above, you can either go to Senji's Corner in the Factions Campaign (500GP), do short Desert Quests in the Prophecies Campaign, or just go to the TEMPLE OF BALTHAZAR and switch your secondary for 500GP.. (I'm forgetting the NF one :))

he meens that you have more blocks or evades against elementist attacks: fire , water earth and air.
And with physic he meens that you will block or evade arrows, axes , sword hammers spears and everything thats touchable.

To answer your question W/Me use to be popular for a specific farm build for certain areas. However newer secondaries have taken its place over these W/Me. But you will still find these combos around. W/ME isn't a bad idea for beating the game or pvp.
A warrior can still heal itself but not mitigate damage as well as a monk secondary could've.
However theyre Mesmer skills that do complement the Warrior line of skills. Using Mesmer interupts or Mantras of Armour can help you in some cases. Energy might be an issue if you plan to use some heavy spells, some people opt for the gladiators stance or if you take monk as a secondary your other option is to use Balth Spirit (note regardless of level in smiting prayers your energy return is always 1, an increase in smiting prayers increase how much you get back for andrenaline.)
