Hard Mode was introduced with great expectations, and for the most part it's a great aspect of the game. I'm going for Guardian titles at the moment, and have successfully completed that for Tyria, but I've run into a few problems for Elona and Cantha. The problem is finding other players who are doing HM masters missions.....most HM players are going for vanquisher titles (fair enough). My guild is full of players who haven't completed any of the games yet (and so don't have HM unlocked), and I'd prefer to do the missions with other players (it's meant to be a multi-player game, after all).
In Elona, I only need Consulate Docks, Jennurs Horde, Moddock Crevice, and Gates of Desolation.
In Cantha, I need all of them except for Cho's Estate, Unwaking Waters, and Shiro.
If any members out there would be willing to give me a hand with those, I'd appreciate it. Also, if any members need help with HM missions, stick a post below with your ign in it.

Offtopic but how does one actually beat tyrian Thirsty River: That NPC King leeroys firestorm at passing mobs and either gets himself killed and fails the whole thing or makes you aggro every single living thing which results into failing as well.
Transformeurs, more than meets the eye.

Thank you for all the responses I've had, both on this thread and in-game messaging. Made a good start last night in Elona, getting Consulate docks and Gates of desolation masters with the help of Jarmina Dent, a couple of colleagues from previous missions, and a random PUG (yes, they do work sometimes!). I hope to continue tonight with Moddok crevice and Jennurs, so if anyone out there needs these two, please give me a shout.

If you talk to the ghost king during the mission, he will say "I'll wait here" and will stay on that spot. To get him moving again, either complete the task in that region (i.e. killing the boss/priest/forgotten) or talk to him again.
[edit] ah, ok, if you're talking about the bonus ghost, the trick is to take out the warrior boss group as quickly as possible, while your monk keeps an eye on the ghost. As soon as you move onto the ranger boss group, the ghost should be safe from being attacked, unless you pull the aggro onto him.

For me my problem has been the bonus ghost, maybe he talking about him I am not sure. But as soon as I get in he drops a few spells and within 3 hits he is dead not to mention the mob that swarms on my party.
Back to the subject at hand, if you still need a hand with the HM I need a lot too. I am on in the Eastern time morning and the weekends drop me a line. IGN Master Stoneriver

Finally got Guardian of Elona today, getting the final mission done with the help of Ser Brynden and Jarmina (Lord G'Kar). Thanks for your help guys!
Now I can move onto the Cantha missions and also be a bit more relaxed for helping others in Elona....

Oh, I'm a warrior and I do rush. I'm bad at the game and like to rage when people use rebirth mid battle. Also, if you don't know what you're doing I'll talk to you about failure. This HM stuff isn't that bad as long as there is a group to do it with but most of them time it's me koss, zhed, dunkuro and some henchies. So I'm down for any Factions mission and a few of the NF one's. My IGN is Sailor Inferno- (monk)
