Been in one area for a long time, been working on getting traits and maxing out the level for the area. Are traits worth it? I am so tired of killing birdies, spiders, etc to rez the title level for a trait,but think it will pay off in the future.
Amy thoughts about this?

I think it all depends on what the trait is and if so...does it or well it help you. The race, legendary and class are great to go after but the other; Virtue; may only be good for certain classes.
I would definitely check out what it gives before you start to pound away and make sure its worth it in the long run. No use in being a Burg and killing X birds for a heal bonus trait. Unless you want to do it for the sake of doing it and saying you have it.
I do them whenever, what I am really finding out is that I dont have to do them all in a certain area. Like Neeker Beekers....you 1st encounter them in Midgewater Marshes but you also run into them later...well a version.....in LoneLands. Though I have yet to kill any and see if they count. But there are others as well.....the flies you see in Midge....are also in Lone Lands....so....you know...dont kill yourself doing it sooner when you can do it over time.

I agree with griff, dont kill yourself over it but I am one of those insane people that MUST have all of everything, like in wow I try to do all the rep in every faction cause im insane like that. So if it doesnt bother you to grind for it I would go for it the rewards are nice, the skills you get for it. So Id go for it.
But thats coming from a crazy person so take it at will.

The first race trait for was being a sneaky elf. Pretty cool if the old bear doesn't give you away.
