Yeah its a bit to tall i think its 272 its supposed to be 250 tall and 600 wide at max

Also at nearly 3mB that file is really too large for a community forum. Not everyone has access to the speediest connections and it could take a while to download. You can reduce quality and dimensions to reduce filesize. Personally I'd say anything over 1mB is a bit too big, considering the average jpg sig is about 100kb :)
And as mentioned, it's slightly too tall. 600x250 are the max dimensions allowed.
