I'm not a Dom expert, but i've dabbled with Grav a little and that's a good team and solo set. Some good holds and a pet to boot. Not sure about your secondary, as i've never played one.

Uh..Yeah, you might want to grab the fitness set. I hope you're not thinking of relying on Drain Psyche, because it doesn't work that way if you plan to ever solo. <_<. When you're on teams, you MAY get away with it sometimes.

I'd say skip Crushing field till later, or you may end up face down unless you have aggro control from a brute or MM.

you didn't add any epic powers from lvl 41+
go to paragon wiki and look up the dominator section the pool section and the epic section, or just write powers in the search box
then make your set from there,

Neon Blizzard - Tank ice/energy
Neon Fissure - brute stone/Energy
Robo Titan - MM bots/traps
Aieou - Dom Plant/Fire
Pyroxide - Blast fire/energy
Shadow Doom - Stlk Dark/ninjitsu
iv kinda split them into 3 sections
the Neons are Identical Twins who Who are aligned with different paths
Shadow and pyr are both victims of Dr. Nights failed LunarFusion mutation experiment
Robo Titan and Aieou are both behemoths(not Cot) figures from different areas of the globe
Robo Titan - Greek Titan
Aieou - God of Protection, from monsatu isle(mid pacific)
