Channeling costs 5 energy, Ether Lord costs 5 energy and takes 2 seconds to cast.
Now even at 12 inspiration you will only get 9 seconds of +3 Energy regeneration, that's just 9 energy from ether lord which doesn't even make up for the cost of the 2 spells.
You're better off with just using channeling..

Umm I believe your mistaken xD Not sure if someone has already seen this or whatever but here it goes anyways:
4 energy regen (since that's what the monk already has) +3 = 7... This might be confusing but I'll try my best:
5 HEALTH regen is 10 health per second, So the way I see it is that 5 energy regen should be about the same give or take. 7 energy in this case would be about...12 or so energy per second. (PROBABLY wrong on this but i'm sure it's not the measly 9 energy for 9 seconds (Possible 9 per second xD) Not being mean or anything, but I hope i'm right anywho. IF what you say is true, then the monk's 4 energy regen would only give them ...like 5 energy in 9 seconds from what I read.

I think that each pip is .3 of a point of energy. If so, then you would get around 2.1 energy per second.
