Ok as some of you know there is a chest weekend planed and I wanted to know what you guys thought as a good place to chest run outside UW
the weekend is double gold drops from chests
and friday is my last day of school this yea so ill have much more time to play :)

Outside of lutgardis is pretty gd for solo, it can be done solo with a ranger.
Good runs can also be found in the Mirror of Lyss and in the desolation using a worm.
If you can get a group you should do Raisu Palace or places in RoT(Nightfallen Jahai is the easiest I think) to get the best chances of rare weapons.

Suforous wastes is a godd place IMO cause you can do it with any characer (as it is done with worms) rare skins known to drop there
Elemental sword
icy blade axe
fiery blade axe
other skin of possible interest
suntouched spear
diamond aegis
blazing wind wand (not sure if this is hot but i like it)
and many others

Yep, and if you know about the LB farming guide, you can find 1-2 Locked chests, and get 600 LB points in the process, never things where this great ;)

*Sigh* Seems A-net's event planner knows my schedule and plans all the good things when I'm not going to be here! Last week was double GvG factions or something, I've done GvG once in my life, what good is that? But this week is double gold drop and locpick and who else knows what!.... and I won't be at a computer.. *Sigh*

if you maintain a lockpick u get 500 point to lucky title and if you break 1 u get 250 in unlucky but it doesn't give anything

Well to me......the easiest way to go on a chest run is any area in NF where u use the worms. That quite possibly and the Factions mission with the Celestial Drops will be where I do the most chest runs.

YUP, THATS THE ONE..... I always get good Gold drops on that one. The purple celestials make good weapons for my heros on my other accounts.....plus they just look cool lol.

- You can get to uw in the place:
+ Temples of Ages (Prophesies)
+ Zin Ku Korridor (Factions)
+ Chantry of Secrets (Nighfall)
Keys for the chests that spwand there can be obtained from the merchents there
+ Obsidian Keys: Fissure of Woe
+ Phantom Keys: UW and Tombs of Primeval kings
use the emote /kneel to summon the spirit of the area you wish to enter and pay him 1000 gold to enter
