| why "scamming" is the only honest way |

-first off "gwen" can go f**k herself-
i started playing guild wars cause it promised to be some sort of adventure rpg thing to do when i got bored,make a cool character and go kick ass around the realm so to speak yet guild wars is no such luxury but an addictive monotnous game that requires you to be a lifeless nerd to advance. this game isnt about game play but status. you will be subjected to high levels of abuse for not having the expensive armor, armor in this game determins your social stading and a degree of abuse u get from random people. seriously to see how sick american culture really is log on to a guild wars chat room and witness conversations about raping babies and other frankly sick themes of conversation. people go through hell to buy armor worth over a million gold, armor that looks cooler but has same stats as the cheap one, i guess trying to differentiate themselves from the plebs and avoid abuse. yet to make money honestly is the most bullshit deal ever. you have to form a party and go kill some little asshole and maybe he decides to drop something and u have 1/5 chance of getting it ( as u need a party to do anything and henchies kill drops) not to mention most drops are deemed worthless by some nerdy aficionado gw web site so only like one boss is worth killing. so spend my life doing super fun quests killing hobits for worthless crap, i think not. what i did was i had a rago staff so i would under price some pretend to be all uncertain by modifying offer and submiting it and quckly replacing it with a idential object weapon. and the guy would 90 % of time accept. i made my 1 million k this way and got baned for a month. frankly they did accept my offer, now it warns them it has been modified but u can easily do same having two object at display at first. i own all weapons worth having and coolest armor on my two guys. im totally not ashmed i feel its more of a scam to work for no money than make an offer people CHOOSE to acxcept. i feel no sympathy to the gw comunity as they will take advantage of u and use u in any way possible, particularly monks, the fat little asian men that for some ghey reason are necesary to get to do anything though now expendable thanks to heroes. i guess theres the remote chance there are cool people in this game that agree with me, all of u zealous blind followers of gw--

oh, and dont know what world your living but i only got harrassed at for not having good armor, and for that i used a little thing called "ignore list"

b: its pretty fair that they ban u for a month for scamming sum1...id get pretty pissed if ne1 scammed me

First of all, nice that you say it, next time please use better sentences for its unreadable, next, try to keep your words with you that are useless in the convo and just fill it up.
And in my case, i got 15K armour cause i like mixing armour up to see how nice my char looks, not for your ''proclaimed'' status symbol and Uber-Leet style of gaming.
If you dislike the game and its people so much, please, i dont want to flame but... why tell us the facts we already know? Alot of games aren't meant to be online anyways, single player campaigns. Try that or cool down quite a bit, this is just useless and im surprised if i'd see more people who actually read the entire mixup of letters you made.
Hope you can atleast behave better next time.

This forum is not here to promote scamming dude. There are so many ways to earn money. I've only done quests (just farmed a little bit) and got plenty of 15k armor and all the weps i wanted,so...

EDIT: If GW is about status and armor then i didn't played the same game then you. I've found alot of nice people online and had a lot of fun even if i didn't had uber p0wnz0rz armor when i began. Only a few people want this ''precious status'' you talked about...

When i read that part of the text i wasn't surprised anyways, if you think your god himself by scamming then i wish you luck, when you get banned however, you just lost your divine position and got a backhand from Miss Reality.
I really pity you in a non flaming way that you think the entire gaming world is against you, here's my advice, go get a normal guild, perhaps one in the Top Guild lists here, like ToD or AMP, and join them. They will show you the world in Guild Wars isn't all grey and ashes.

yeah but u see I can make money just by doing hard mode i dont need to scam never will scam any one. I earned all my armor that is high priced by just playing the game.My necro had droks for the longeest time I never been called names for having that armmor. And as the previouse post said if u dont want to hear just use ignore button it works wonders

Is an admin online at the moment? if so, be so kind to send a PM can you?
And no Mr. Population Control, im not a peasant, and i do not farm, i simply get my characters through all campaigns and earn 200-300K each that way, no endless farming for me in this case.
As i said before, please be so kind and if you can, switch to Euro servers, get a guild that is well established and knows what they are doing and let them show you the game once more, anew if i can say, so you know that its not what you say it is.
Your the blind zealous one here my friend, not me.

Nah seriously, i am ignoring it and not being offended at all, he calls us blind zealous peasants. In reality however, if you look around on the forum itself, through all comments and people, you will find that he truly is, the blind dillusioned one.
I think he needs a better place to game with some friends instead of solo hanging out with the worst PUG groups ever and alot of other things to prevent ending up in the most unluckiest places in the game :(

It's a pity you care so much about what people think of you, most negative comments in game are made about style of play and that's mostly something only you can correct or in some cases ofcourse the one complaining doesn't know what he is talking about. And if you don't like the US servers, play on the euro servers you can switch a few times, I've played with an entire US Guild once, they all switched to euro servers and played there all the time. Nearly all the things you complain about are thing you yourself can do something about or just realize the world isn't always fair and the way you think it should be.

at the char selection screen bottom left corner, EDIT ACCOUNT, then last option CHANGE TERRITORY, Tick desired box, press OK.
done, can only be done 5 times i think.

Ok:
1) Topics like this are just going to get to you flamed, and probably banned from the forums based on some of the language you use.
2) You can never justify scamming someone. It's cruel, scummy, and to be honest, quite sad that someone goes to the extent of making another player unhappy, just to better themselves.
3) If there are that many things about the game that you hate, don't play it.
