You've not mentioned any inherent damage mod, so if it's not inscribable and you just left the inion out, then it's worth whatever it says the merchant will pay.

this is everything on in but i think it is worth more then merchant

im afraid if it has no dmg mod just as 15^50 and it is not inscribable then it is merchant food

Trust me i have chest ran for these alot. If it isnt perfect or close to, its merchant food. They are not as rare as you think. No inherant mod for sure = merchant.
