well AMP successfully got a full group from our alliance and completed urgoz. it was in Normal mode because many of us was entering urgoz for the first time and many seeing urgoz for the first.
so heres the picture.

Ye, that req 13 ironwingbow definitly made the run worthwhile... lol nah j/k, im glad i didnt get any of the green bows, im a spellcaster through and through have no use for those nor plan to sell, but ye was loads of fun and the gold drops were alright.

Lol not at all, we spent more time talking then actually playing. And gen led the group, did a pretty darn good job doing so.

hehe thats how it should be ;p talking, laughing and then finding out you made it to the end before knowing it :)
We had the same with [MU[ today; did Hard Mode and before we knew it we were at the end withing 3 hours O.o Was a new record for us :)

Urgoz trips really sound awesome, i really don't know how you can do that without having a major AFK even cause its 3 hours long 0_o

Must be dedicated yeah, but none of you actually have an AFK period, cause i doubt you can just put all RL Tasks and possible disturbances away for 3 hours... XD

Well, we had Gen telling us all what to do ^_^ I got crud all, but it was fun...which is the main issue IMO :) And I'm happy I finally did an elite mission!
But it just wouldn't have been the same without Balthamos quoting random wikipedia facts on TS ^_^
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons...for you are crunchy, and good with ketchup.

Speaking of TS, forgive me for this, but i might slip an off-topic question in this.
I know we got two most used Voice chats, TeamSpeak and Ventrilo, both have dedicated users that flame the other into ashes, but in all reality, what is true and what not, cause sometimes i just think people judge too easily.
A few Ventrillo users that i know claim TS is lower then Vent cause people sound like robots or metallic noises, is that actually true or just a bad codec?
IMO they never tried running it at decent codecs causing the worst quality in the world.
I prefer TeamSpeak myself, even if the quality is slightly less, the user friendly interface with the lights and such outweights it, ventrillo looks a tad too crude for me atleast.
Anyone know about the difference (and preferebly no replies from super-praising dedicated users to any of the two, i might try it out later sometime using both with as similar codecs as possible)

standard TS channels are created with codec CELP 5.1Kbit
and indeed everyone sounds like a robot then
this can be funny and/or annoying
better switch the codec to GSM14.8Kbit and you won't have probs no more ;-)

A bit late (was on my way to my gf's house til now^^) but yeah, I have to admit it was lotsa fun (the TS/chat more than the game itself ;)) and I'm looking forward to the next alliance trip :)
And about the time urgoz takes...maybe it'sut me, but to me it never seems that long (2-3 hrs). There must be a "time-passes-quicker" area effect in the whole thing^^
