Ok, I'm pretty sure it says the double rare loot from chests weekend starts at Noon Pacific time. Now as it's after Noon can anyone tell me has it actually started cause I have seen no updates to support that it has. Any help will be appreciated.

Events do not require any updates; so when the event starts it just 'happens'
