Where do you get this grim cesta? I searched for all the 55 guides, but of course none of them say..
Also if you happen to know of any awesome places for 55 monks to farm, posting them will be appreciated.

it's the city of asclaon quest taken from the scribe guy in ascalon. here's the wiki link-HERE

Prettty much any undead monsters

There's a prereq before you can get that quest I believe. Also, didn't they change it so that you don't always get the -50 as a reward for that quest?
