I need to find an exporlable area or mission that has:
Rain
Orange sky(sunset)
Night Sky
A place that just plain looks epic
does anyone kno a place like that? idc where it is it can even be a guild hall

hmmm,
for night sky you can got to vehtendi valley in Nightfall
and most of the places on the kurzick side of Factions are pretty dark,
and for sunset you can go to Barbarous Shore again in Nightfall
i cant think of any place with rain that i have seen in the game so far,there are little floaty orbs in holdings of chokhin near the west side entrance, again in Nightfall
and for epic... anywhere in the game really, Tyria has some awsome places, just go out looking for them

i think that the most epic place in Elona is Turai Procession if you want some great fights you can use this quest

There's an area in the Luxon's territory that has rain, although I can't remember it's name...i'll see if I can find it.
EDIT :: It may be the Maishang Hills or Mount Qinkai...but I remember the rain being in a small village area, but thats pretty hard to see on the maps.

Nolani Academy After you blow the horn has rain. Not the best scenery though.
Other than that all the best ones have been listed.

yeah, your right, maishang hills has rain, my bad... its in the top right hand corner of the luxon side of the map
...oh, and you have to come out of Bai Paasu Reach, for there to be rain
