Howdy,
On the log-on of CoH there was an announcement of writers wanted to write something from the Character's point of view about the Warriors. Well, I'm a slow writer and by the time I came up with something sort of good, the message was gone. So, since I wrote something, I wish to inflec... I mean share it with you.
Whimcycle’s take on the Warriors
Whimcycle took a quick look back at his contact as he flew off. She was looking expectantly at another hero landed before her. Looking forward, he sighed and hoped she was going to give the guy a mission more exciting than the one he had. The Warriors, of all groups, had somehow managed to break into the M.A.G.I. vault and steal a dangerous artifact. Whimcycle snorted to himself. He was quite sure the M.A.G.I. ‘vault’ was a shoebox with a rubber band around it in Azuria’s lower desk drawer.
With the exception of Alexander, a former Warrior leader, Whim had nothing but contempt for the group. Styling themselves after Greek warriors of old, the Warriors wore leather vest and muscle shirts as gang emblems. A stylized picture of a Spartan warrior adorned the vest. For weapons they use hand crossbows, axes, swords and maces.
The so-called ‘Warriors’ seem to spend most of their time cowering before the Freaks and the Tsoo, the real gangs that harassed the people of Talos Island. Whimcycle had lost count the number of times he had saved a Warrior from being assaulted, just to have the coward attack him from behind. Not that he had much to fear from the blow. Only the Elite Warriors carried ensorcelled weapons that could do lethal damage with a single hit.
Arriving at the warehouse in which the Warriors were concealing their booty, Whim was unfazed to see Tsoo gang members roam the aisles searching for the artifact. If the Warriors found powerful magical items, the Tsoo would soon arrive to steal them. Using his Superior Invisibility Whimcycle slipped past the Warrior and Tsoo guards, searching likely containers.
As usual, it was in the last bin he searched, just feet from battling Tsoo and Warrior leaders. Whim unleashed his Phantom Army to get the fighters’ attention and then sealed the escape path down the hallway with a Spectral Terror. He weigh into the fray tossing Blinds and Spectral Wounds. In under a minute the unconscious leaders and their minions were teleporting to the local police HQ for booking.
At his contact’s request he flew the artifact to M.A.G.I. headquarters in Atlas Park. Azuria thanked him profusely and promised to keep it securely locked away in the vault, again. As he turned away, Whimcycle grinned to himself and thought, ‘Yeah, this time she’ll use TWO rubber bands!’

Bold orange text is what I changed. But overall, I like it a lot.
| QUOTE | Whimcycle took a quick look back at his contact as he flew off. She was looking expectantly at another hero that had just landed before her. Stylizing themselves after Greek warriors of old, the Warriors wore leather vest and muscle shirts as their trademark outfit with a stylized picture of a Spartan warrior adorning the vest. For weapons they use hand crossbows, axes, swords and maces.
