Hi, I am very new to this game. I just found out about it today and have a question that I could not find an answer to probably because Im lazy.
Almost every MMO i play I play the healer role. And after reviewing the classes I am most captivated by the Scion of Set class. My question is on how will the heals/poisons be executed?
I saw a video on youtube explaining how range and melee combat works, but I could not find info on how healing is done and DoTs such as the poisons would be cast. So if anyone has the answer that would just be great!

Welcome to the site, SanToki! I hope we will be able to give you all sorts of information and fun times in the coming months!
I have not heard much about the Healer-type classes yet, unfortunately. We did post this NEWS a while back about the class you mentioned, and there's a link to the AoC article on that page. I'm sure AoC will release more info soon, as the closed beta has already started...

Direct healing isn't implemented. Instead, they use a system of HoTs (heals over time). During the time your waiting for the ticker to wear off on the HoT, you can do damage, lolligock, or focus on another target! Really handy I say, considering I'll be a Bear Shaman, it allows me to throw on some HoT's and keep on swingin' mah axe!
