I was playing with a friend of mine who was lvl 50 and she told me before u go into a mission have everyone on the team quit, then the person who mission it is to go in and then reinvite everyone i have done it and trust me the higher you go the harder the missions get and it does work, i went up 3 lvls doing it that way, but the mission diff has to be on Renlentless....hopefully that helps!!!!

That's the highly ineffectual form of softloading. People normally do this on Respec Trials. However, there's really no point of doing it for a normal mission. You're much better off running to the end of a mission solo and completing it that way because that's essentially what you're doing here except you're doing it with a team. On top of that teams usually have much more downtime than people who solo and that'll cause you to make less XP per hour than you would if you were soloing. So overall this is only a viable strategy if the team you have isn't good enough to get through the mission normally and you just want to move on. Of course if this is the case either the team itself isn't very good or everyone on it badly needs a respec. Just trying to help you save time.
And I'm pretty sure this will work on any setting. Not just Relentless.
