does any one know a good warrior build to farm nolani academy (charr that come when u open the gate) in hard mode?
any help would be appreciated

Go around and NOT open the gate, it will make both your party's life and that of prince Rurik easier.

I've been dabbling with W/Mo in this area, though I've only found the surviving combination of: Healing Hands + Dolyak Signet + "Watch Yourself!" + Healing Signet to be of any real use.
I'm still working on something that will allow me to farm it effectively, as it is, I can survive, but the farm is extremely slow as I'm taking out enemies nearly one at a time. :/

its not really good idea to use stances.. the warriors use wild blow and remove the stance. i would try something like
triple chop (E)
penetrating blow
executioner's strike
attack skill
Dolyak signet
Balthazar's spirit
vigorous spirit
healing signet
something along those lines

take dolyak with you to prevent knockdown. i tried 55-ing there but it didn't work, theiur is a Mo/e build though

Me, (Splinter Weapon Tank), Monk and Nuker cleared the beginning out by opening the door and letting the charr in, i don't know, several times, sometimes we would get good dyes and stuff.

You can 55 farm there with this build because there is no degen.

I used energy armor with all sup runes and a sup prot scalp design
-50 hp off hand and i used totem axe but any weapon with energy and +20% enchantment will do
Usage
Ok when you first enter the area cast your last 3 spells. then once your energy regens run just outside agro and cast prot spirit, shielding hands, and fleeting stability. Now run into large mob of warriors preferably and cast Shield of Judgment.
Right before shielding hands runs out cast shield of absorption and vice versa (the recharge of these skills should allow you to have one up at all times). Also keep fleeting stability up at all times to keep from getting knocked down.
I just successfully farmed the hard mode gate at Nolani Academy with this build with no problem because between prot spirit and shielding hands or shield of absorption you should never take dmg. This build can only take up to a -3 degen from conditions or hexes and has no condition or hex removal.

Im Pretty sure if a Necro Charr comes up to you, theres going to be some Degen.

but back to the topic i dont think you could solo it but you probably could do it with a bonder hiding some where out of range and you tanking it all with one of the builds ppl mentioned above
