I just respeced my elec/elec at 35, and I'd like to totally re-slot for IOs. Here's a list of powers and the slots available for them. I would like suggestions on which IOs would be best for which powers, as the Invention system is immensly confusing to me. Please help.

I'd like to fully kit out my toon with IO's to focus on damage dealing as much as possible. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Once you play around with the sets a little bit, it's not that bad. At first I was totally lost, then I messed around a tad and figured it out within a little while. It's a lot simpler than I made it out to be in my head.

There are a lot of different sets that include an overall damage increase as one of there bonuses. Just look for what particular sets with work with your powers. Nasali created a IO set power table a few weeks back, you can find it HERE.
And by accident I discovered something rather interesting. If you only use part of a set and have some of your other slots filled with just regular IOs or even SOs, you can up the damage to over 100%. One of the sets I’m working on, I only have 3 parts slotted at the moment and 2 of my other slots I have normal damage IOs and I have a 101.8 % damage increase.

Ah yes... very nice. And that is over a 100% WITH the enhancement diversification?

I thought that Enhancement Diversification just reduced an enhancements power. It didn't cap the total amount of enhancing.
I have one power at 106% of damage with 5 SO Damage Enhancements (working on reworking the enhancements right now to find something that I like better). It's...well...rather futile to stack 5 SO's because you're basically only getting a 5-6% increase out of a power, as opposed to a 30% boost in another aspect of that power, but that's your choice entirely.
