What did you accomplish this weekend?

Wondering how eveyone else faired this double xp weekend....

I got Christeen (my MA/SR scrapper) 36-40 (almost 41)
and my brute only one lvl. Unfortunatly I worked a lot this weekend.

How'd everyone else do?

Friday I took a midterm for grad school and did not play.
Saturday I did yard work then went to a bbq and got sunburned so bad I couldn't sleep the past two nights.
Sunday I watched the US Open and napped all day before Entourage at 10 pm.

Fun weekend, but no CoX.

I did a lot of goofing off. I made a lot of money on Onion (my 50). Ran the Katie Hannon task force, the real version AND the short version, a few times. Got some good Rare recipes.

Made a few noobs and hit some teen levels with them.

I didn't play a REAL lot this weekend, because I have responsibilities to family and whatnot, but I did get an ok amount of time in. :)

I also created a new Supergroup, which I'll discuss in another post.

I got Vibroslash (my Claws/Regeneration Scrapper) up to level 34. He started at level 19 on Friday.
Also, I made a Robotics/Dark Miasma Mastermind named Graveshroud and he leveled from 1 to 6.

All in all I'd have to say I'm satisfied. Managed to get my tanker here form a 39 to 6k shy of a 43 as well as leveling 3 of my lower level toons. Also spent alot of time working on the base when there wasn't a team to be found.

I played a lot this weekend. NightWasp-Man, my Ma/Sr scrapper on Pinnacle went form 39-45. Then on Virtue I played Captain Wonderr,Jr. and got him from 35-36. Then to wrap things up I played a new guy (Kill-Joy the Clown) I made a few months ago on Liberty and never played . Got him to 4 in no time flat. That was about it. The majoprity of my time was spent playing NightWasp-Man. I'm satisfied I got him to 45, though 50 would have been better.

I got my controller, Neo Nebula (grav/rad) from 47 to 50.
Got my brute to lvl 39 from 38 (hate having no contacts)
And got a few levels on a few other toons in my Hero SG.

Well, my play time was limited to time my girlfriend was at work, or really late night/early morning when I got home from her place. And then Fathers Day kinda cramped my fun too.

But I did get Mr. Azerbaijan from 14 to 22, got a couple of levels on my Ice/Fire tank getting her to like 10 or so. I also made some money on a couple of my higher level toons.

I re-activated my account on Saturday night and played for about 3 or 4 hours. I got a couple of toons up a few levels, but was mainly enjoying the fact that I could run around Paragon City again.

I had Das Carrot flying around in the Hollows helps the lower level toons and giving out my single origin enhancements I didn't need.

I raised the following toons up a level or two each.

Archery/Energy Blaster
Electric/Electric Blaster
Radiation/Radiation Defender

Swiss Spines lvl 37 Scrapper and Das Carrot lvl 38 Healer were both played but didn't advance any levels.

I decided to work only on one toon. My new Nrg/Nrg blaster (Vela Nova), however, I didn't get to play as much as I wanted. He was 30.5 when Double XP began.

On Friday morning, I logged on and played for a few hours, mostly solo, as I couldn't find a team. I was able to push him to lvl 31.6 during that time. Saturday was spent doing chores and other knick knacks around the house. I was finally able to do some serious levelling on saturday night from 6 PM to 3 AM. My SG team was farming a Freaks mish in PI, and I joined them for some awesome Nova fun.

We had an awesome run, and I managed to grab a nice screenine when I was leveling... (to be posted later).

I woke up early on Sunday hoping for a marathon run, until double XP ended. But that was stopped short when a Severe thunderstorm produced a lightnening strike on a tree two houses away. Seems like the EMP fried my Cable Modem, (luckily nothing else, especially my PC), because I got disconnected and still have not been able to reconnect. Got to get cable company to pay me a visit.

My CRT TV also became demagnetized, making for some interesting color distortion at the bottom and corners of my screen.

That happened at about 3:00PM and that was it for double XP weekend.

I ended at 36.8, bah!! I was hoping for 40, which might have been a stretch, but not impossible.

All in all, I'm happy that I was able to grab a few levels, the late 20's and early 30's are rough, so not soo bad in the end.

CoH Rocks

Blasters kill everything, usually before they get killed themselves. When it comes to dealing pain, a blaster has no equal. We just have a hard time taking our own medicine! So we love Tanks and 'fenders!

I did a fair amount of bouncing around between toons, getting them to the right levels for certain powers and contacts they needed. Lets just say that my siggie is now seriously out of date and that I ought to spend today getting more current screenshots of my alts. I'm also going to have to spend a lot of time shopping for new enhancements.

One other major accomplishment - The Astral Vanguard is no longer hungry for Prestige. The base will have all the basic services as soon as I get around to it.

I just got GvE about 2 weeks ago, and have been really enjoying leveling up my empath/electricity defender. It is actually rather fun to be so extremely focused on only helping the team. I wish I could have gotten more time to play this weekend, but I guess I did quite a bit. I got my defender from 21 to 28. I have been leveling that toon so fast that I have decided to just go for level 50 with it as fast as I can, and forego any very serious searching for badges with it. The accolades look much more difficult to get heroside, and it would be nice to unlock those squids for once.

For villains, I got my nrg/dark corr from 38 to 43. Now he is my highest level toon. Luckily he is entirely enhanced with IO's (mostly the cheap generic ones), so I could purely level without worry that all my enhancements would go bad.

So here's a synopsis of what I accomplished:

You did work hard!!!

I mostly worked on lower levels for travel powers. I also got a little burned out so took Whymsie out of retirement to help low levels in the Hollows. That is always fun.

It was a fun weekend, I found a lot of good PUG's and of course a few not so good. Met a lot of new ppl.
