How do i make one word 1 colour without the rest of the test that colour?
also how do i put a picture into a post, i tried the host thing but where i put in the url?

To change color, just select the text you want to change and use the "COLOR" drop down box on the post page.
To post an image I believe you can use bbcode or html. I'm not real sure about that, I hardly ever post images here.

but how do i stop the same colour to stop ie.
i want ot highlight the word "noodles" (random)
the word is highlighted and so is the rest of the sentance

Typing in colours is peasy
Put the word you want in colour in the color tags:
[color=orange]Stuff to be in color[/color]
You can also replace the colour (orange here) with a hex value ie. #FFFFFF or a RGB value R=255 G=255 B=255

It describes everything you want to know. Also mind that GameAMP provides unlimited image hosting. No need for imimageshack or anything. Just go to your profile; click manage at image gallery; add image; and you can upload all you want :)
