The YAA Bug?

The elite skill You're All ALone!(Warrior(if target foe isn't near an ally, that foe suffers from Cripple and Weakness for 7 seconds) seems to not give the conditions when you are standing next to a minipet. Is this a bug or is it supposed to be?

Minipets are not considered as NPC's . You cannot interact with them so they will never be considered as ally or foe.

But, when I was farming in Zehlon Ranch on hard mode with my monk. The Corsair Cutthroats used You're All Alone! on me and the conditions never showed up. My mini aatxe was standing next to me. When i ran farther away and the mini pet chased after me when it was not in nearby range, the corsair used your all alone and the conditions applied.

One thing pops in mind; allied NPC's(even collectors and those bounty priests are considered as allies) if your bubble touches them it is considered that an 'ally is in the area'.

But the minipet has had nothing to do with that. It would mean it also can be attacked.

I was standing nowhere near a collector or bounty priest. Only next to my minipet. O_O

Got a screeny putting it up now..

RE: The YAA Bug?

hmm, not sure if is this helps, but i got this off of wiki about minipets:

QUOTE
Miniatures cannot attack, nor do they have skills or special abilities. They also cannot be targeted or cause collision. They do, however, count as an ally of the owner's party and can be affected by some AoE effects.

you just solved his problem, because of the bolded part in the quote, and he was wondering why he wasn't taking the conditions but because the mini's count as allies, he won't get the conditions[/B]

Barrage Two One O, R/me/mo, mainly used for B/P
