The gameamp network had a series of attacks not too long ago. Gameamp members ended up getting a bunch of malware (not by fault of gameamp) and the issue was promptly resolved by the staff.
Why the google warning is coming up now, I have no idea. It's nothing to worry about. More like those install warnings in windows where it asks you if you want to download and install software from publishers before you download.
Crafty haxors will always find a way to cause good people trouble with any software on any website. Just remember to follow the basic rules of internet safety: actively monitor what cookies you allow, keep up to date antivirus/antispyware/firewalls active at all times, and regularly scan your computer. Once a month is usually sufficient. After that it's just hit and miss.

I believe there are a few other threads on this.
If you just look for Gameamp you do not get that page, looking for WoW and Gameamp or GW and ... does.
Most feel like it is related to the adds, not the actual Gameamp content.
I can never think of anything catchy to write here.

stopbadware looks to be as bad as CBL is when it comes to spam. Someone can say your site is bad and stopbadware labels it, with the CBL list someone can say your email server is an open relay server and all of a sudden anti spam software is bouncing your emails back because your on a CBL list with no investigation by the CBL staff that are more then happy to add your DNS info into their database.
stopbadware admits they have not reviewed or evaluated guildwars.gameamp.com or wow.gameamp .com and the source of the warning is from google.com but are more then happy to list the site in their clearinghouse.
