| A couple of quick questions about spells. |
|
|
|
1. Is there a maximum number of spells that you are allowed to learn?
2. Can I "unlearn" or forget a spell that I no longer want?
Thanks in advance,
Johadan of Duskwood

No and no. Well, there is a limited number that you can learn, but it's only limited to the amount of spells that are available to your class, and they are also limited by your level. For instance, you can't learn leetspell (rank 5) at level 1. It might have a level requirement of 55 or so, but you would also have to learn leetspell (rank 1 - 4) first.
On the second question, you are not limited to the skills you take. You can rearrange, remove, replace skills in your skill bar at will. In addition, you have up to 10 different skill bars that you can put skills in. Each one can hold up to 12 skills/spells. Spells that you aren't using are "stored" in your spellbook, which is not limited in it's space, so there's really no need to "forget" spells.

1. Nope, if you can afford you can train all the spells for your class that you want.
2. Nope, unless it's a spell that you get via talent points and you have invested in this "talent spell" and later on you decide to unlearn your talents than you lose that particular spell unless you invest again.
Here's a quick example let's say your a frost mage and you put points into the frost talent tree and you get Ice Block if you decide to unlearn your talents because you want to try fire then you lose Ice Block, unless you go frost again.
If you still have questions or are unsure of what I just explained to you, don't hesitate to ask some more, until then good luck! ^_^

Actually, I'm a Cleric.
But if I decide to spend all of my money doing so, I can actually learn every single Cleric spell taught by a trainer?
Neato.
Thanks again,

Yep the only thing that will hold you back is your level, You may hbe to be level 10, 20, 30, etc. to learn a certain spell, or your talent points. Some spells can only be learned with certain talents, so pick your talent tree wisely.
