Since you said "pixely"...
Dont know if a site but make sure you get wallpaper thats your exact res or close to your res and the right ratio (Widescreen or non WS)

You have to remember, most wallpaper sites have user submitted wallpapers. Picture quality is only as good as the person who creates them so you might have to browse through quite a few to find some decent pictures.
As was said before me, you need to also take into consideration the resolution you intend to use as well as find pictures sized accordingly. An 800x600 wallpaper will look 'pixely' on say a 1024x768 since it was made at a lower resolution.
Alternatively, you can create your own if you have the image editing experience.
