My Dye Collection

I'm just going to put the link here for the page layout purposes and stuff, but I am quite pleased with my collection mainly because I started about a month and a half ago / two months (don't remember the exact date) and learned on my own and very quickly to not vendor them off.

So I just want to brag and stuff. Heh, not bad for a new player, eh?

that's pretty good, you just need white dyes now!

I remember the day i started doing bergen farms with my 55 I got 2 black dyes and 2 white dyes which was before dye weekend. Then on dye weekend i got nothing, but the day after i got another black dye. Maybe dye weekend hated me idk.

Nice collection. :) Though personally, I would keep the Red and Black, then sell the rest to either players or Dye Trader. Just my opinion anyways. :)

I'm a purple freak myself and I want to keep that for my own armor, but right now I'm in the process of upgrading it by collecting trophies for collectors to get something better. ^^;

I cant believe this?! am I the only that gets too many brown dye drops. I was up to 80 viles last week. Now I dye all my new armour brown first! Hahaha!

I wouldnt sell all your dyes, I keep 'em. I got all colors and its fun dying your armour new colors every so often. after have pink armour for 3 months, it was definitely time for a change.

2 black dyes. woot

i had the same thing happen with dye weekend. lol its like i got the extras. got 3 blacks and tons of reds/silvers the day after dye weekend.

I felt inspired by this topic so I decided to share my dye collection as well. Since I like to mix and match armors, I tend to keep all my dye drops rather than sell them off.

Now I need to work on my gold collection T_____T

Heres my dye collection and more stuff I wanted to share. I thought I'd show all in one pic.

My:
dye collection, tome collection.

And things what I got yesterday:
(I had Tyrian Protector already, but did complete Elonian and Canthan Protectors and Treasure Hunter), brand new FoW armor, my Colossal Scimitar, and 4,000k xp. Need to still work on lb/sp though.

Nice collections everyone!

I could use your collections!! Hehe...half of this isn't even dyed, it's mostly special sets I use for specific farming builds. :-P

Needless to say, I don't have much room in storage, or I'd probably have a dye collection too! I like playing with colors :-)

Cause additional set takes about 5 slots (depending on headpieces) and I like to put all dyes & tomes to storage wait for using. Though nice collection of armor & money ;)

Hehe, I had some Amber Wand thingie in my bag, and anyone who knows me knows that once I get to town I MUST immediately run to the merchant and unload. So yeah, call me obsessive-compulsive, but that Amber Wand was bothering me, so sold it in between pics :-P

Headpieces I do keep on the characters themselves, but spare armor I can't carry around because my characters all carry several weapon sets. None of my characers play a single build consistently, so I need to keep the sets on-hand.

Maybe I'm just a packrat and should stop denying that. ><

I'm the exact same way... I keep a maximum of 3 armor sets on each of my characters. Any more and I'd salvage the least used to make room for the newer addition.

My inventory windows are as follows:

I. Random Golds, Tomes, Uniques, etc. Just a spot where I can hold items until I can stick them on the mule for those items (yes, i have a green mule, a gold mule filled, a materials mule mixed with various superior runes, and a festival loot mule (xmas, halloween,etc) and XP scrolls.

II. Hero Weapons... not much to say here.

III. Minipets... loaded with all the minipets I use the most. One of my mules also has the least favorite pets on it mixed with other items.

IV. As you can see from my pic above, Dye and consumables box.

Might not be the most organized but its a system I've worked with since the introduction of the new vaults :D

Aye, I have sort of a system as well.

As you saw, last 2 slots for farming armor sets. The other two slots are:
A. Candy canes and any items to be sold (I keep easily sellable items in the storage box so I can sell it spur-of-the-moment when I see someone shouting WTB), also a short-term general repository
B. Collector items and weapons/mods to be used on heroes. I can't keep track of what all my heroes have, so I just leave it in storage and check as I play my characters, I constantly upgrade them.

I do have 2 mules who keep anything valuable either for future heroes or to give away to friends, but I plan to delete one of them soon. If I start really getting packed I just merchant everything with a value less than a couple k.

nice but not good enough are guild coffer has wayyyyyyyy tomany to dyes.But it still is alot of dyes that every one has i just give the cofferthe most common ones and i kept 3 black dye and 2 white in my storage none of thoes are from the dye weekend all from when hard mode came out i got 2 in hard mode and one in mormal mode of blacks and the whites were all in hard modr lol
