Left is it seems the standard concept art Margonite with a few blurred motion lines.
The right one looks better, though i suggest trying some more filters and perhaps, if you like brushes you could add some details to make it ''different'' then standard concept art, just a tip :)
(same as my Avatar, its part of a larger signature, added the scar myself:
And dont mind the cape, il photoshop it totally black sometime ^^

Yeahh I like the one on the "Right".
Because of the colors and it brings you in more to the essence of fear. =]

I like the left one more, the right one is to hard on the eyes. I like earth tones though.
