Read the Story:
RIP Captain America
:*(
He was assassinated!
| QUOTE | | NEW YORK (July 1) - It's a funeral fit for a superhero. In the drizzling rain at Arlington National Cemetery, thousands of grieving patriots solemnly watch as the pallbearers - Iron Man, the Black Panther, Ben Grimm and Ms. Marvel - carry a casket draped with an American flag. |

I heard about that a while ago. They're putting him on the shelf for the moment, but rest assured they'll eventually dust him off and bring him back when they feel like it as they do with all super heroes.

Oh indeed, he will be back.
He is too much of a Marvel Icon to be gone forever.

I think the concept will be back, but I think it will be someone besides Steve Rogers taking up the mantle. Marvel's been pretty good about keeping people dead in the last couple years.
City of Heroes/Villains
Onion - L50 - Katana/Super Reflexes/Body Mastery Scrapper
Scotch Bonnet Girl - L50 - Fire Aura/Fire Melee/Pyre Mastery Tanker
RonJ73 - L50 - Stone/Energy Aura Brute
Aurora Australis - L50 - Willpower/Energy Melee Tanker

This is true. Steve Rogers wasn't the only Captain America anyways, so, it should be interesting who they get to pick it back up with.
Besides, it's easier to fill this bill, than bring Thor back. If i'm not mistaken, he's still dead. If they brought him back, i'd consider collecting again.

No, they actually did his childhood..and they did a flash back one of his half-brother Loki. Nothing, to my knowledge of an afterlife.

They are actually bringing thor back. And I dont mean the clone that Iron Man made. It has been in the works since he died a couple years ago.
