so im building a storm summoning and elect defender for pvp mostly. so far im lvl 25. from the ss set i have O2 boost, snowstorm, steemy mist, frezing rain, and hurricane. the elect powers i have are charged bolts, lightning bolt, ball lightning and aim. im going to slot my blasts for end drain mostily then acc then dmg. i have hover, fly, swift, health, and stamina. anyone have tips? im not much of a pvp player.

In PvP zones, play on teams as much as you can. I can't comment on the elec but I would imagine that it might be hard to take down other players solo.
Save your freezing rain for MMs and their minions especially when they're camped out at a certain location. I typically like to fly in, snow storm one of the minions and then hit them with freezing rain. Unless an enemy is heavily engaged or held, they get out of freezing rain pretty quickly. Another good use of freezing rain is as a defense around yourself and teammates.
Don't rely too heavily on hurricane. Its a great debuff but you can and will be hit. If something does get thru and you're stunned, thats pretty much it for you. I tend to use it when things get rough for me or my teammates. Besides, if you run with hurricane always on, smart teams of villains will target you first to get at your teammates.
