Just saw Transformers...
:D
Unbelievable! The CGI, acting, plot, cast, and action were insane! This was Michael Bay at his finest!
If you loved playing with Transformers, go see it!
If you watched the tv show, go see it!
If you thought your car was a Transformer, go see it!
If you like action movies, go see it!
If you like hot chicks in a badass camero, go see it!
If you like studly men in Army gear, come to my house and visit, then go see the movie!
If you like dogs, cats, or frogs, go see the movie!
Honestly, this could have been the best action movie I've ever seen! GO SEE IT!

Well,My plan was to go see Transformers tonight,which unfortunatly didn't happen. The line to buy a ticket for it was two blocks long,Two blocks long!. Ofcourse me and the woman said "Hell no" and went to see Fantastic 4. Very disapointing,I can't even believe I spent $10 for it. Yes,it was that bad. There wasn't much of a Story Plot,They tried to get threw it so quickly,And there is no way they should even try to make a 3rd.

I just saw Fantastic Four 2. But now you really make me wanna see Transformers as well. More than I did before. Meeeeeh.

So was I... but I think you can understand that if they would put a 27ft guy in pink duds in the movie as an arch-villain many people wouldn't watch it >.>

This movie has been what, 20 years in the making....finally its come to fruitation and I cant wait to go see it. I had the toys, I had the comics, I watched the original movie and the cartoon, finally the Live Action version is here. My son, who is 7, plays with nearly the same Transformers I did (2000 twist) and he is just as excited. Going to be his 1st big screen movie evvvvvvvvvvvvar!!!!
Plans are for this upcoming weekend....got my cool Optimus Prime shirt...its frickin sweet....and ready to "Roll Out" to the movie. Now if we can just get a GI: Joe and Thundercats movie done life would be grand. Oh and maybe Silverhawks....eh...eh...anyone remember Silverhawks?

I am a frickin cornucopia of 80's cartoon.....check it:
Voltron, (which you can actually watch on Cartoon Network at 6am) He-Man, Transformers and GI: Joe....everyone knows them. What about the wanna-be Autobots known as the GO-Bots? Thundercats....I get cold chills everytime I see or hear this...loved that show.
Silverhawks and Rambo...oh wait....you guys didnt know....it gets better! This one I regret.....Chuck Norris \"Karate Kommandos\"! How about....M.A.S.K.? Or the cable wielding heroes of Sky Commanders!!! Took me awhile to find this....but BraveStar. Then there was the girly ones like She-Ra and Jem! and the Holograms which my wife never shuts up about...stupid superheroic girl cartoons.
There were tons more like Thundarr the Barbarian, Space Ghost, and the Herculoids....oh man it was great time to be a kid. Tons of cartoons and they all had toy lines....some of the coolest toys I might add. All the stuff you see the kids play with now is mostly like a 80's remake or replication of it.

Lol, i have seen pretty much all the shows listed, they are all on at like 4:00 a.m. so if you cant sleep turn on the tube.
Who remembers the transformers when they were animals???? that by far was the best one!

You mean Beast Wars? I have it all on DVD. I loved it. Some Transformers purists don't though.

Now that I watched the cartoon I remember the Centurions...I had a few of those toys. They had these holes/slots all over them so you could interchange all teh weapons and armor. And I saw Bionic Six when I was searching for another cartoon on Youtube. It didnt come to mind so I ignored it. Dont know Jayce though....not evening come to mind.

Nice Dead....I totally forgot about C.O.P.S....but I forgot that one. Wasnt one cop called Bulletproof (the black cop w/ the cool jacket)? And that one guy with the robot dog sure reminded me of Mutt and Junkyard from GI: Joe. I tell you the 80's had the best cartoons ever. They may look cheesy to some of you that are younger but trust me you would of loved them too. And Transformers was one of them.....sure its been through tons of revamps but nothing beats the original. Autobots, Roll Out.
And I cant wait to go see it....Im getting so antsy but whats a few more days when you been waiting 20+ years!??!!?

Visionaries....I didnt actually know that was a cartoon but if I am thinking right...those were the toys with the hologram chest and stuff? And they detached or they had hologram weapons....man those were cool to look at. But never realized they had a cartoon....but I should of since either most cartoons were either made into toys or came from a toy line already out. Nice one Ron.....

I watched most of those as I just turned 32 and the TV was my babysitter growing up. What was the one were this group of people were always fighting this plant army that regenerates and moves from place to place!?

The only issue I had with GI Joe, was the fact that there can't be that much gun fire and not one person getting hurt. In fact they would even parachute out of helicopters before they would explode.
My brother and I always went around saying "Demon Dogs Unite" from the Thundarr the Barbarian show. That was awesome.

I feel sorry for ya, I went to go see Transformers (thinking it was gonna be packed), and there were like 12 cars in the parking lot, half of which were the employees. Everyone musta been at the fireworks show, so great timing on my part.
Now I just need to see it 2 or 3 more times, I don't care what the critics say, awesome movie!!!
