After i logged into GW after the update or w/e it was, i was in Fort Aspenwood and when I entered i got code 15. And then i got to AB and get the same exact thing. Is this happening to anyone else?

They just did an update for the Ab stuff so that might if been it.

These codes indicate an internal server error. Most likely data on the server are out of synch due to a bug or corrupted data. There is little you can do except to wait for a fix by ArenaNet.
So, do push-ups till it work! =)
