So if im leaving a game my heroes remain in that game following the human players (tested-to stop comments from new players), the question is if i have on heroes skill bars skills disabled (X on them), after i leave these skills are still disabled>?

Actually, your heroes skillbars are technically disabled. Once you leave the game, even though they follow the remaining people, the remaining people cannot access the heroes skillbars, since it is not THEIR heroes.
EDIT: Wait a min, had to re-read your question.
I would assume yes, they would still remain disabled. An easy way to test this, give your monk hero Orison of Healing(disable it), go out anywhere with a friend, then you leave....now, have your friend go fight, and watch if the hero tries to heal him, or him/herself.

yeah ofcourse not, pretty sure he's asking if the heros will use the manually disabled skills once the owner of the heros has left?

I would be more than willing to help you find the answer to this question...using cutting edge science! (or just teaming with you, going on a map, and hitting f12+c. Either works)

f12 bring the logout menu up, and hitting c makes you go into character select.

They remain unchecked, already tested this out ages ago cause hero ''borrowing'' isn't something the guild's shy off.
For me its all working fine N' dandy, just know that the heroes dissapear if your not in the party when someone else goes through a portal, like another explorable area.

This also happens if you flag the heros then leave i think.
so if u have to leave unflag them.
i NEVER would ever consider leaving a game unless 1) my house is on fire
2) my girlfreind is shouting turn that game off blablabla
which very rarely happens.

The hero's stay in the same state as when you leave the game. If a skill is dissabled they won't use it. I'm not sure about flagging tho. I've had flagged heros rejoin the group after someone dc's.

One day she might be a refugee and then she will be sorry! I feel like a refugee living with my parents, so I can relate.
