Which patron is best for kinetic corruptors?

I currently have a lvl 42 sonic/kinetic corruptor. A somewhat early build for him can be seen Here

I have however been rather uncertain about taking ghost widow as a patron, and so I have taken assault from the leadership pool at 41 instead. My toon is very squishy and if not for anything else I would like to at least get the shield from whatever patron I choose.

So my question is this, what patron is best for kinetic corruptors?

Scirocco (mu mastery) is nice for non-kins in that he provides power sink, an ability that can be used to sap foes for endurance. This however seems rather redundant with transferrence from the kinetic set. This is the patron I chose for my energy/dark corruptor and I love the endurance that power sink provides.

Ghost widow (soul mastery) is nice in that she provides soul drain, which boosts your accuracy and damage, but the recharge on the power is quite long, and it is somewhat redundant with aim and fulcrum shift. The hold is also very good, I hear.

I haven't really thought that much about black scorpion (mace mastery) the holds seem good, but the defensive shield seems more like something a brute would want. I may be wrong.

Finally Mako (leviathan mastery) shield looks ok, some holds, and yet it seems that this patron is usually not picked by corruptors.

So I don't know what would be the best patron, and I would like your opinions on that matter. I realize that I might just want to level up the rest of the way to 50 and then try out the different patrons on test, and heck, I might end up doing that, but I would like some feedback from my fellow game ampers. I would much rather just make my choice soon, because I could really benefit from the patron shield as I work toward attaining lvl 50.

I would just pick based on which powers look best, depending on your primary though (didn't see it mentioned in your post) you might want to pick a select patron.

They're all pretty much the same. If you want specific details go and read the plaques in game or download Hero Builder. Your choice.

Leviathan Mastery: Shark Skin: 19,3% Smashing/Lethal/Cold resistance
Mace Mastery: Scorpion Shield: 10,5% Smashing/Lethal defence, 7% Energy defence, 12,3% Toxic resistance
Mu Mastery: Charged Armour: 19,3 Smashing/Lethal/Energy resistance
Soul Mastery: Dark Embrace: 19,3% Smashing/Lethal resistance, 10,5 Negative/Toxic resistance

This data is with unslotted powers.
So, personally I would go for Mu Mastery because Charged Armour has quite high resistance against the three most common types of damage. And it looks the coolest if you ask me.

I have to Agree, Mu Mastery seems best for you, the Power Sink will definitely come in handy for you if you're ever in a tight spot and Charged Armor seems like a great defense buff.

My youtube videos.

Darkanum level 33 Dark/Dark Corruptor, may he rest in peace, on Freedom.

It's resistance, not defence.
