| Problem with Character moves |

It seems i have a strange problem with 2 chars of mine in 2 different accounts.
When i was for 2 months in another country i played from there these 2 main chars i have and when returned to my country both of them seem to have problem moving their head towords the person they target.
I tryed on the same accounts different characters and they dont have the same problem.
Does anyone have any clue why is that happening and what could i do to fix it?
