Hi, Kooper. Welcome to GameAmp!
First off, let me say that I do not think street-sweeping is the fastest way to level your toon. 1) It gets boring, and 2) Debt incurred on the street is 2x that incurred in missions. But to answer your question here are the zones. Going from memory so these might not be exact...
1-6 ..... AP & Galaxy City
7-10 .... Perez Park / Hollows / Kings Row
11-20 ... Steel Canyon / Skyway / Faultline
21-30 ... Striga / IP / Talos
25-35 ... Croatoa
30-40 ... Brickstown / Crey's Folly / Founders Falls
40-50 ... Rikti Crash Site / PI / Shadow Shard
Now, if I were to opine on the fastest (legitimate) method of leveling, I would say you could look into the following:
1) Atlas Park Sewer Team (levels 1-6)
2) Police Scanner Misisons (after level 5)
3) Zone Story Arcs (Hollows, Faultline, Striga, Croatoa)
4) Task Forces & Trials
5) Team, team, team

My 2 cent.
Pick a team of medium size, 4 - 6 member.
Set mish on unyielding.
Seems to be the best XP/min-ratio with few dept.
1-6 Stay in Atlas
6+ go Kings Row to do some Radios and get a Travelpower.
6+ Hollows
After that, switch from Faultline to Striga to Croatoa.
Lots of Mishs without much zoning.
And some extra rewards, Storyreward, Yins Shop, Temp Power.
If you like go down the sewers in Atlas or visit the Trolltunnels in Hollows.
Seems pretty boring to me, but a constant supply of foes.
Try to do all TFs as long as you are the right level for them, so that you still get XP for it.
Fighting in Pvp Zone give constantly good Xp to, cause you never outlevel the zone.
=P
Btw Outleveling zones...of course you can do radio mish in every zone untill you get bored.
Again no zoning and endless supply of mishs.
I'm listening to real music.
Real Rock, real Gothic, real Rap, real Soul, real Funk...etc

Well, i've followed Ron's example and use mainly police scanners, usually get a bar off of each, just run to the end, kill the ppl in the room (avoid rescue mishes) grab the item and ur out. Rinse and repeat, ive gotten from 10-20 in 3 days this way.

One way I might add to spice up your leveling is by doing the PvE missions in the PvP zones. I use this method repeatedly and it has some noticeable benefits.
When you get the contact for a PvP zone through one of your regular contacts, go to it (a little xp there) then zone in.
First do the patrol mission repeatedly (3 times is the max then you loose that option). Having a stealth power here is a great help, especially with superspeed, but the first patrol completed will give you one (Hyper Stealth in Bloody Bay, Combat invisibility in Siren's Call Phase shift in Warburg)and a badge. You will do about 15% of your level just with those, and all three may be completed in about 20 minutes by a slow flier (meaning hover+swift 3slotted ++ in stealth mode).
Second, do the PvE missions. You may try them all once for the experience of it. Then I would suggest to avoid the base defense mission (almost impossible to complete and the least rewarding) and concentrate on the recover stolen uniform technology one: it only requires to defeat all foes inside and click on boxes wich also give bonus influence (1 in BB, 2 in SC and 4 in WB).
To give you a comparative example: my level 32 grav/ff controller, soloing at heroic level of difficulty, takes over half an hour to complete a standard mission for 3220 to 4525 xp (this excludes the enemies defeated); but he completes the PvE WB mission in 10 min with 5657 xp.(this total will go down to 4525 for each subsequent mission (but each 10 min mind you) until half an hour has passed; then you get one again at max benefit until another half hour etc).
In some missions, you will also find a prison with energy doors: destroying all of them may be a bit boring but in another 5-10 minutes (take note: with a grav/ff controller) you get as much xp as you get from the whole mission itself!
Be aware tho' that repeating the mission over and over may get boring; and if you outgrow your contacts, you may find yourself without some for a time. So use this option with a good balance of standard missions and PvE in PvP ones. I usually do the first high xp one as I log in, then go do a standard one and then, as at least half an hour has passed, get back for the nex high-paying PvE in PvP... and so on.
In teams, it should be even more profitable.
Have fun!

He's looking at it backwards, but it's true. Many patches ago, the devs decided to give us a 50% debt discount inside our missions.

Ok I've done this a couple times this past week with a couple of alts i have just to kind of bring them up to speed with the rest of the SG that they are in. and much to my surprise it works.
First things first, one of my playstyles is that of an insane serial killer that has been let loose with flame thrower on a building full of people that fit his MO. "Kill em all now" Hence this is not always productive to teams.
so the last 2 toons that i got to 20 in a day or two were AoE craziness I don't suspect that the same strategy would work with a Defender or Troller.
Ok so i did the missions in AP to lvl5 takes like 20-min to half hour pending on your attention span :) ususally during that time you pick up and slott a nice juicy AoE if you have one. Then went to Kings got my jet pack to cut down on travel time usually hit lvl 6 and close to 7, then head over to the Hollows and Hunt large groups of blues and greens till about 10 which in both cases this week took approx. an hour or so. (a strategy i got from one of the posters on these forums- Never underestimate the amount of xp you might get from a large group of blues and greens) Then head over to Perez Park and repeat till about 13 or so then head to the lake in PP and start hunting clocks and the big green and purple globb hydra things till 14 or 15. then head to Boomtown and hunt to 20.
I was surprised at how fast the levels went course when you hunt in the Hazard Zones you cut down on Travel time from mish to mish as well as load times for those of us who play on a crappy PC and take 4 days to load into a mish :)
AT's i used:
Fire/Fire Tank lvl 5-21 in a day and a half
Spine/Regen Scrapper lvl 6-19 in two days
and tonite i went from 6-12 with a Peacebringer, my 13th PB and i might not delete this one, I might even actually get this one past lvl 14 lol doing this in Nova allows you to avoid Q's and void's that are somewhat unavoidable on missions, least till i get to mid 20's and get some better powers and make it more team friendly lol
once again this is a quicker way to lvl if you have a toon that is built or can be built along the way to be AoE heavy and if you are new to the game i do not recommend doing this cause you will miss out on some good story arcs along the way. As well as I suppose once i finish building my PC the way i want it and the load time begins to diminish the bonus xp from the missions might be faster.
-edit- and of course the higher lvl you get the more groups are required to hit the next level - (for those that just might not get it) it really starts to slow down a bit around 17-19

I'm getting a lot of goos solo XP in Dark Astoria at the moment but that is solely because I'm playing a katana scrapper. Dark Astoria has massive Hazard Zone sized spawns of Banished Pantheon zombies that I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere without quite a few shaman. This makes them easy targets.
Katana deals lethal damage which the zombies particularly dislike and also has divine avalanche which gives defence against lethal and melee damage - the only damage they deal (their ranged attack being lethal). This means my scrapper can easily stand up to their massive spawns and deal a ton of damage to get them killed quickly for a lot of xp in a relatively short amount of time. Even the odd shaman isn't a problem really.
That really isn't helpful at all though, is it?

Ok then well from level 1-10 you will want to gather a team of around 5 andut do one team members contacts. Complete it and you should be around level 4/5, yes the whole team. f not, hunt around or do someone else contact. When you are all level 5 or above, commence to Kings Row, now start doing radio missions, try to pick the 'Defeat ...' as this will obviously mean it will take less time. Do this until level 10.
Now 11-20, move on to Skyway City and start hunting until around level 12. Begin radio missions, and skip the safeguard mission, not that rewarding for the time spent on it. Do this to around level 16 and then move onto Steel Canyon. Radio missions again until level 20.
21-30 This is pretty easy now. Gather a team of five all level 20 or above, and head to Striga Isle. Commence the Story Arcs and you should get around four of them, keeping within the level ranges. By completing all four, you should now be around level 27/28, so head to Independence Port. Radio missions to level 30.
31-40. This starts to get hard. Head to Founder's Falls and commence radio missions / contacts. Keep doing these until level 40. I know radio missions for 10 levels am I crazy? No, this is quick experience. Remember skip the Safeguard missions.
41-50. EASY! Go to Peregrine Island and pick up some contacts byt DOING the safeguard missions. Now you should have Tina Macintyre. She will give you the ArchVillain Arc, make sure all five members get this and do every single one of everyone's missions. This should bring you too around level 45. Get Unai Kemem or Maria Jenkins, or both. Now do all their missions and you should reach level 50 in no time!
Happy teaming / hunting / radio missions!

yeah police radio missions are your quick lvl best friend. With my emp def 2nd-Chance i went from 8-22 in about 2 half days. No zoneing(other than zoneing into the mission), quick missions for the most part, normally pretty easy missions, and you can normally get about a bar soloing not to add with a team.

Actually yeah it is. Most people forget all about Dark Astoria. The mobs are large, frequent....... and stupid! It'a a great place to farm exp at that level if you are looking for a lot of stuff to kill. I used to take my AoE Blasters in here all of the time. I liked the atmosphere of the zone. I still wish that they did a re-vamp on it like Faultline. Maybe next patch.
Just remember to take some break frees with you in case the Shamans get a bit uppity, but they are in very low percentage in those huge minion mobs. If you focus the single target devastators on them, and the AoE's on the mobs, you can really plow some levels.
The true beauty of DA is that it's right at that level where you are trying to get all of your pool powers cinched up before you get to start selecting cool powers again.

And they drop magical invention salvage. Nice alternative to those pesky CoT.
