Note the top blog on D&D Addiction.
In case anyone has ever viewed my profile, I'd just like to state for the record:
1. This was/is totally not me.
2. I do not know these people.
3. Reno IS this bad.
We get all the bad driving, ultra liberals from California. We have our own indigenous (and mainly indigent) majority that is ultra-conservative. We get tons of blue-hair retirees from all over who's collective world view is "Who cares, so long as the tourists keep paying our taxes for us" and who then spend 75% of their fixed-income pensions and Social Security at the 'locals' casinos.
It's bad here. Very bad.
But that couple was totally not me and my spouse.

Omg, that is horrible..
One on the part of being addicted to the internet
Another on neglecting the children.
And the last on D&D, that game is horrible but beside the point.
How could they just stop paying attention to their kids and play a game????

Wow.... I don't know what to say.... That is some sick shit. I have 2 kids about the same age, and while they might have to wait a minute for me to finish something up, or find a safe spot to go afk, they NEVER EVER go hungry, or filthy, or anything near that article. Maximum of 12 years? Make it life... their lives.... Not fit for parenting? IMO, they aren't fit to live, and I know all about addictions. I push the boundaries on many things, but that is just full blown ... I can't even think of the words...
