This happened right after I downloaded the update and I tried to exit and reopen it. I also restarted the comp, but nothing worked

That's what I've been getting for the last few weeks. I tracked it down to either my ATi drivers or my card overheating.
Change your AA settings and they clear for about 20 mins.
Edit: I also get this in C&C:3 and GR:AW..not for long in GR:AW tho since it crashes after about 5 mins of play.

I used to get that in WOW with the Polygon errors.... Turned out that I had been playing for so long that my card over heated.

Aye, noticed it meself in weekends, im gaming almost non stop, basicly not giving my GPU any rest cause i switch from game to game, and running it when getting food or something, so in the end it would be running like 8-9 hours in full, really causes jeopardy and graphic errors, a 5 minute cooldown does wonders ^^

yeah my warrior walks around with no legs. And my monks head is stuck to the ground it looks like.
This is just showing how bad it is--
the build is for hard mode vanquish tanking btw, just took out a skill incase anyone is wondering.

I didnt get the kind of errors shown here, but updating to the latest ATI drivers(the June ones I believe), my interface freaks out after about 20 minutes...random parts of it(skill bar, party window, health bars, etc) disappear and reappear rapidly, and it even causes the graphics themselves to mess up, the only way to fix it is switch to window mode then back to full screen and its fine for about 20 minutes.
After rolling back to the last drivers, it works fine for hours....but HL2:DM constantly freezes up and is basically unplayable on that series of the driver. So, the error your getting seems to be your card, oddly the one i'm getting is something conflicting between my card and the latest drivers. :/
PS: Yes, I know my error is different then the one in the topic, but it is cause by the ATI driver and I figured it was similar enough. :P
