Hey fellow gadget watchers! I came across a few interesting gizmo’s I thought to be very different. So I thought I would share them with you today.
First off we have a new style of mouse for our PC gaming community called SOAP. Named for its, similarity to a slippery bar of soap rolling around in your hand this mouse needs no surface to use it, just some strong hands. Designed by Patrick Baudisch, Soap makes it possible to sit on your couch holding a mouse and still interact with your pc, without the need of a flat surface. Next in the tech lineup is a car door that closes…down? That’s right, talk about a look in the future this 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII was rigged so the door would close down and into a compartment underneath the vehicle. It is unknown and unexpected to be a feature on new vehicles but it is an interesting idea. Check it out below.
Ah good old star wars. If you love our old pal R2-D2 then you will enjoy nothing more then to have him roaming around your house. Although not life size, this miniature R2 will be very familiar to fans. At a cost of roughly $129 R2 responds to voice commands and is equipped with all the flashing lights and sounds we have come to love. Also a very handy cup holder that pops out of his…uhh…I guess it would be his chest. Check out the video below and enjoy!
Finally a projector that fits in your pocket, that’s right you can take it anywhere and show off pictures, presentations and videos to all those around you. The Nano projector plugs into iPods and cellular phones and is capable of projecting on a flat surface from up to 35 inches. Imagine a projector you can take anywhere! Check it out.
