I'm trying to do that compare with Photoshop or Gimp, does anyone have the new version of the map with 100% explored? As in post GW:EN update?

It's Ctrl+Shift+Print Screen or Ctrl+Shift+H to disable the HUD.

I'm at 98.6% for mine, it's killing me. Go to wiki and DL the cartography mod, it helps a bunch.

Tbh if you are at 86 something % you dont really need photoshop help do you? You should see the spots yourself, til 95% or something
