Ok this has been the only GW connection I have had for 2 weeks and it is killing me. My motherboard and processor fried a couple of weeks ago and I could not order a new one until mid last week. Finally get it on Wednesday. But to make it even worse my laptop I use as a back-up decided to crap-out on me too.
Oh well just really wanted to post something so I still feel as though I am part of the game.
Holy Crap I MUST be a Guild Wars Addict...lol

Its a good thing im not as much as an addict as you.
For starters, during the school year, i have to alernate back and forth from my moms and dads each week, and i dont have Guild Wars at my dads, nor would he lett me play it much at all, not would my computer over here survive
Seoncdly, during the summer, i have to go on 3 week lapses without GW
I cried my self to sleep last night.
Nah, just kidding
But seriously, all i can do is patroll the forums and watch as many movies as i can
I think 6 trips to the theater is my count so far, in only 5 weeks

ive had something of the same thing happen to me last year, it happened twice, once when factions went live and when nightfall went live, mother board lived, but everything else fried, finally got a new mother board for that was the reason everything was being turned to toast.

When your motherboard & proc fry, it matters not if it's Linux or Windows.
If you must MMO, at least there's still Telnet necromium.com:4000 :)

FINALLY I get shipping confirmation that my motherboard and processor have shipped and I get them tomorrow. Only thing that sux is that my 2gig of ram did not ship until today so won't get it until later this week. Oh well at least I can use my old ram and feed my GW craving...
