Ok, i've got a problem with something. When i try to add a serial key to the plaync master account it says the code is incorrect. What the hell?!, i've got the papers in front of me with the serial of Prophecies,Factions and nightfall and niether of them seems to work. Any solutions?

I have that problem too and I spent 2 weeks fighting with them and ended up no where.... I can post some excerpts of the discussion but it is waaaaaay not safe for work.
I really dropped a PMS bomb on them.

Here's something I struggled with and might help you. When I got my most recent key (for the pre-order for GWEN), I copied and pasted it into the boxes they had. It told me I had the wrong key. So, instead, I simply typed them in. Something minor, but might work for you.

Try adding the codes inside the game and not at plaync.
Also if you have already added them into the game then it will not take it.
If you do not have a plaync master account connected to your gw account then do this. Go into the in game gw store and add a character slot and proceed to checkout. If you have a master account connected then it will take you to payment screen if you do not it will ask you to put in your plaync account or create one. Do that.. then go back into your cart and remove the character slot.
A lot easier then messing with plaync copy and past support.

Well i've tried what Mordakaida said and it brings me directly to the payment zone. I already bought a character slot about 5 months ago but i can't remember to have filled something about a ''master'' account...:/

I also tried to add my existing Keys to create a master account, I wanted to change my password. It also said the were invalid. I wrote up a ticket, and still no contact (that was last Thursday.)
Yesterday I received an email asking me to complete their online satisfaction survey, needless to say, I gave them horrible marks.
I purchased my GWEN preorder though the online store, so I know that works, and I did prior to attempting to link it to a PlayNC account, so I could change my password.
Bottom line: the system is BROKE!

hrm ok
Then most likely you have already added your account with the master account so you can Add Access Key at the login screen.
If you have already added them then no worries.

The system works perfectly fine, the problem is A) People dont read everything and B) Its not 100% clear when you make your playNC master account.
Basically, if you have EVER bought ANYTHING in the ingameC store, heck, if you have ever even entered the ingame store, you already created your playNC master account. It tells you that when you enter, it asks you to create an account, if you dont, then you dont have access to the store, if you do, then that account is now your playNC master account.
Simply put, try logging into the playNC site with your ingame store account(if you remember it), otherwise, request your playNC master account from A-Net.....they will ask for your product keys, and maybe a few other things(like the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase items in the store, etc), and within a day or two, you will have your playNC master account, and you can change the password, add NEW keys(no keys that were added to your account can be used again), etc.

Last friday i bought the EoTN pre thing to get the weapons and when i was playing earlier it said my trial was going to expire :/ i thought my account was gonna shut down.... but it was all good i realized it was a trial in case i didnt have all the campainngs, i could access to them...

a little off topic but today i found out how to get into my master account at plaync.com ^^. I saw my playing account, and my friends account he never uses =D. Raided his minipets and gave account away to guildie's brother. Still wondering why it was connected to mine though?

Had the same, was doing some recruiting in Kamadan and on top of the screen: "You have approximatly 30 seconds remaining in your free trial[10 hour demo good for 14 days - GW nightfall]"
but after 30 seconds i was still there...after 2 minutes..still in Kamadan so it was weird but nothing happend :D
