Hi. I was wondering if anyone has received their bonus pack(EOTN prerelease for AUG 24-26) yet. I got mine yesterday. I loaded in the key and cannot access the weapons, the 3 free ones you get for the bonus. Are the unaccessible till Aug 24th or am i missing something? Any help would would appreciated. Thanks.

have you typed in /bonus items also have you put in all keys in the box. i missed a bonus ones first cuz the key for em id probs seperate.

if you bought the GW:EotN Pre-release and you've added the key you got into your gw account, u must type /bonus in any town or outpost and you will get the weapons(Glacial Blade, Darksteel Longbow, Hourglass Staff)

Well, they are accessible since I got the pre-order and can use them. If you are not typing /bonus then thats the problem, try doing that. If you are and still not getting anything then Im not really sure what to suggest other than contact ANET support.

you can type /bonus for each of your char
and as many times you want
so
you can type /bonus drop the bow and re-type /bonus and get the bow back
(__/)

uhmmm yes; thats how i got the bonus weapons on all of my heros ^^
the hourlass staff is awesome to use on heros imho :)

Yup, the ability to spam /bonus whilst equipping heroes rules! Most of my heroes still had their starter weapons until I bought the pre-order pack, (bought Goty also). :S
