All the sudden I feel like sharing a build I have for pve...nothing real fancy but I'm gunna share it anyway.
10 water
9 mysticism
16 scythe mastery
Frigid armor
Conjure frost
Wounding strike
mystic vigor
faithful intervention
chilling victory
heart of fury
resurrection signet/optional
Your basically a tank with high damage dealing capabilities. You can keep frigid armor up always and mystic vigor too. Faithful will save you when you are REALLY low and wounding+conjure should give you adequate damage.
