i'm done now pwrlvling my self :P (reached 20) with my 55 monk, but now my question is: What is the best way to get Shield of Judgment?
i used Zealot's Fire and Signet of Judgment to get to lvl 20, but Shield of Judgment is much better.
I took a run 2 Droknar's Forge, and i did the missions stopping at LA. so what is the best way to get SoJ?

From Droks -> Camp Rankor -> War Camp -> Granite
Edit - Or buy an elite monk tome for 7k

The boss's name that has the elite is Myd Springclaw and he can be found in Mineral Springs in various locations which all can be found here. In order to get to Mineral Springs you must first go to Granite Citadel and outside there (forget name) and if you go far enough there's a portal. (I'll try to find a map with the drawn course.)

They sell for 7k? Last I saw it was 13-15k
REALLLY hope its only 7k cause i've got a 55 in-the-making :)

I would plan on at least 10K for the elite monk tome. Plus you either have to have spent the 3K Balth faction to unlock it, or have capped it on another char.
