Ok, I have done 2 safeguard mishions and relized I could live off these mishions until a certain level.
I gained 2 levels with one, so I would like more info about these mishions, plz tell me everything you know...

Not much to tell, go in, clear the bank.
Get out and keep kicking the crap out of bad guys.
Beat the heck out of the "key" mobs (the same villain group that was in the bank, there will be a boss or two in the group), get the key, do the side missions.
It's all pretty straight forward. :)

I try to complete the King's Row safeguard mission fairly quickly when I have a toon around level 7 - 9. That is because when you stop the bank robbery, you get the Raptor Pack (jet pack) as a temporary power. This is a jet pack with a 2 hour in game time limit. This is very beneficial for getting around before level 14 when you can get you travel powers.
