You guys probably know this but I just discovered it. If you have a monk with Healing Breeze that is work +7 health regen; you have Healing Breeze as well thats only worth +5 regen; if the monk slaps the Breeze on you and before it runs out, you slap yours on yourself too, it doesnt do +5 regen to you but +7.
What I am saying is that the enchantment is only getting renewed. Try it out sometime, blew me away when I actually saw it work.

When an enchantment (or at least thats what i read from your deion and from what i noticed myself ingame) the strongest one takes over. for instance br with blood 16 gets applied while the old one (of lets say 10) is active the 16 one takes over. If the newly applied one is less strong; the old one keeps up; it will extend the enchantment with the old one with the duration of the new (less strong one). However it is less effective since you apply it (for instance) halfway the original one and thus will run out sooner.

so lets put this in english for me...
Im monking and i cast HB on a Wammo
so for 10 seconds he has a +7 regen
After 6 Seconds, He casts HB on himself for a +4 regen
that means it will overlap like this?

I know this is old thread but the only place healing breeze should really be used is in farming.

I make my elementalist primaries take it in GvG so they can breeze me while I solo ritualists in their own bases.
It's a decent skill for certain situations. It's pretty useful for keeping yourself and another dude up just long enough for a real healer to get there. Plus you only have to spec 8ish into it for it to be decent. That let's you run something like a 14-11-8 or whatever.
In terms of general usefulness though, it's basically good for tanking NPCs and farming.

I've replaced my healing breeze with Watchful Healing, this way if I am in an area with enchant rippers it will be obvious for me when monking or just a good damage reduction against Shatter Enchantment.
