I got a 19 priest and i wana twink him out...
just wondering if any out there has any good ideas about how and what line i should spec.....
as of right now i got 5 in wands and 5 in spirit tap

as for priest twink gear there isnt much for a level 19, i was going to twink mine out but I ended up not doing it. You will want to run Shadowfang Keep for level 17 and 18 blues there are a pair of bracers there and pants. Other than that there isnt much cloth gear. I got most of mine at level 23 and 24 for my priest.
