I'm considering downloading HeroStats, just curious how well it works. Easy to use? Reliable information? Is there a better program out there I haven't found yet?
I'm interested in doing some character testing... all the builds and other people's experience are nice, but there's no substitution for personal research.

I had it for about an hour, lol.
It will slow down your computer when you run it with CoH/CoV. What I did see with it I liked a lot. It is very easy to use and I think it was reliable. I think it is one of a kind. The people that made it did a great job with it.

It's a great program, but as Godless said, it slows your PC down quite a bit, so if you're having trouble running CoX on its own, don't use it.

Hm, thanks for the input. Too bad about it taking up so much memory. Just another reason for me to go buy more...
Never can have too much RAM...

Very true. How much do you have right now? I have 2GB and I can run Firefox, Windows Media Player, a hero builder, CoH and WoW at the same time without having any problems.

Not enough...
I believe I'm sitting with 786, It's barely enough... my system struggles with even Firefox and CoX open at the same time.

Not enough...

In that case I highly advice you to upgrade to at least 1GB, 2GB is even better.

Personally I love hero stats, it lets me know were I can improve and tracks badges etc... But I also do run at 2 GB of RAM so I agree with everyone else anything less than a gig would be a bad idea as it can eat the resources some.
