We should all congradulate Mikster here because his hard work has paid off!!!! The Devs just told me today that they put EQ2.Gameamp BACK on "the List"!!!
YAY MIKE! Thanks for all the hard work and keep it up! The devs are very happy with you and so am I! They said you are doing a GREAT JOB! And I agree! 1 Million PANDA POINTS! Ok I know this isnt the wow site but you get them anyway!!!
X 1 MILLION!!!!
Anyway congrats, you are now official again on the list and active and all that jazz and good work!

WOW! Thanks so much this means so much to me personally and to the site itself. I loved GameAmp the first time I logged into it and feel the same way about EQ2 and I can see my enthusiasm for both lasting a very long time. I really really have to point out some special people that made this happen. First the devs for making a great site or this never would have happened to begin with. Thejeni for keeping the site going during hard times, Phedre D for getting me excited about GameAmp and keeping me that way every time I run into her. Dru and Grift for keeping me afloat when my hopes sagged. Tyrlien for being the best co-guild leader and I could hope for and for embracing GameAmp and making the most of it. Dread Pirate and Artagus making the EQ2 site a place I wanted to visit as a user and had a much easier time picking up as an admin and also I want to point out Dread Pirate helped introduced me to the EQ2 fan site community and made me feel a little less uncomfortable around that admirable bunch. Grimwell the EQ2 the very busy EQ2 Community Manager who jumped right in and supported us immediately once he was aware of a need and an active contact. So many great folks that run other fan sites that to some degree compete with us yet realize mutual support is the way to go for our shared communities long term help and heck I just like the ones I have worked with a whole lot! With extra effort and recognition to Bugloc, Dread Pirate, and Niami from EQ2 BattleMage, Hurikhans Comics, and EQ2 Traders Corne; I am positive we have a few new friendships in with other sites to be announced in the very near future. Thank YOU EQ2 players that came to this site supported it as well as you GameAmpers from other sites that stopped by and posted or just read what we had to say! You Rock!

Seriously Mike, this is something I thought would never happen. O.o
I've been hanging around the Amp network for quite some time now, and as long as I can remember, EQ site has been one of those dying sites that I thought would get deleted. And now you not only get it to be more active, you even get it back to the legendary List. :O
That's an accomplishment you should be really proud of! ^^

Wow, I can remember when all those games were cut from "the list". Seeing as how EQ2 is the first to be added in a long time (if I am not mistaken), I would say this is quite the honor!

Sadley i haven't played EQ1 because they didn't have it when i wanted it, so i got classic 2 adn it was cheap, only 7 dollars US and i gotta say its a REAL COOL GAME! I LOVE MY APARTMENT! :D

I think SOE is doing a great job with this game and I am really pleasently suprised by how many new players I see coming to EQ2. Also I can personally say even after 2 years the majority of the content I play is from the original game and it seems the with the new policy of not doing Adeventure packs and added to the content with the Game Updates we can all stay pretty busy for a very long time.
