yes but only in gw2 ;)
and there are some vids
of interviews (post somewhere else on this forum)
and you can see there are norm title track and skills so jora may be able to change into a bear

at 5:45 u can see that jora changes to a tiger?
iv read that shapeshifting to a wolf will make her a ranged fighter and changing to a bear will make u an uber melee fighter... so, yes we might be able to help jora get back her powers ^^

You can only create Norn characters in GW2, there are no new character-creation races or anything in GWEN.

summon a mursaat? O_o if that is a skill i can use, my char are all gonna carry that, even my healer :D
